【摘要】:Providesdimensionaltablesforexternalandinternalplasticflowinterference-fit(Class5)threadsofmodifiedNationalthreadforminthecoarsethreadseries(NC)insizes0.250in.through1.500in.ThisisnottheANSIB1.1UNthreadform.ItisintendedthatdesignsconformingwiththisStandardwillprovideadequatetorqueconditionswhichfallwithinthelimitsshowninTable8.Theminimumtorquesareintendedtobesufficienttoinsurethatexternallythreadedmemberswillnotlooseninservice;themaximumtorquesestablishaceilingbelowwhichseizing,galling,ortorsionalfailureoftheexternallythreadedcomponentsisreduced.ThisStandardprovidesforthemaximumallowableinterference.
