【摘要】:ThisBritishStandardgivesguidanceontheselectionoffitsgiveninBS1916-1.Therecommendationsapply,inparticular,tofitsbetweencylindricalparts,designatedas“holes”and“shafts”,inwhichcasetheterm“size”referstothediameterofthematingparts.Therecommendationsarealsoapplicabletopartsotherthancylindrical,inwhichcasetheterm“size”referstoalength,widthorotherdimension.Tablesofpreferredsizesareincludedtoavoidtheindiscriminateselectionofdimensions,andtheiruseisstronglyrecommended.
