【摘要】:Crudeoil,petroleum,petroleumproducts,additives,andlubricantsareroutinelyanalyzedfortheirelementalcontentsuchaschlorine,nitrogen,phosphorus,sulfur,andvariousmetalsusingavarietyofanalyticaltechniques.Someofthesetestmethodsrequirelittletonosamplepreparation;someothersrequireonlysimpledilutions;whileothersrequireelaboratesampledecompositionbeforetheproductisanalyzedforitselementalcontent.Fairlyoftenitcanbeshownthattheroundrobinresultsbyaco-operatorareallbiasedwithrespecttothosefromotherlaboratories.Presumably,thefailuretofollowgoodlaboratorypracticesandinstructionsinthetestmethodscanbeacausalfactorofsucherrors.Afurtherconsequenceisanunnecessarilylargereproducibilityestimateorthedatabeingdroppedfromthestudyasanoutlier.Uniformpracticeforsamplepreparationisbeneficialinstandardizingtheproceduresandobtainingconsistentresultsacrossthelaboratories.1.1Thispracticecoversdifferentmeansbywhichpetroleumproductandlubricantsamplesmaybepreparedbeforethemeasurementoftheirelementalcontentusingdifferentanalyticaltechniques.1.2Thispracticeincludesonlythebasicstepsforgenerallyencounteredsampletypes.Anythingoutoftheordinarymayrequirespecialprocedures.Seeindividualtestmethodsforinstructionstohandlesuchsituations.1.3Thispracticeisnotasubstituteforathoroughunderstandingoftheactualtestmethodtobeused,caveatsthetestmethodcontains,andadditionalsamplepreparationthatmayberequired.1.4Theusershouldnotexpandthescopeofthetestmethodstomaterialsorconcentrationsoutsidethescopeofthetestmethodsbeingusedwithoutthoroughlyunderstandingtheimplicationsofsuchdeviations.1.5Thispracticemayalsobeapplicabletosamplepreparationofnon-petroleumbasedbio-fuelsforelementalanalysis.Currently,workisongoinginASTMSubcommitteeD02.03;asinformationbecomesavailable,itwillbeaddedtothisstandard.1.6ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.7Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:1ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodfordeterminingthelzodimpactstrengthofplasticsunderdefinedconditions.Anumberofdifferenttypesofspecimenandtestconfigurationsaredefined.Differenttestparametersarespecifiedaccordingtothetypeofmaterial,thetypeoftestspecimenandthetypeofnotch.2Themethodisusedtoinvestigatethebehaviourofspecifiedtypesofspecimenundertheimpactconditionsdefinedandforestimatingthebrittlenessortoughnessofspecimenswithinthelimitationsinherentinthetestconditions.3Themethodissuitableforusewiththefollowingrangeofmaterials:—rigidthermoplasticmouldingandextrusionmaterials,includingfilledandreinforcedcompoundsinadditiontounfilledtypes;rigidthermoplasticssheets;—rigidthermosettingmouldingmaterials,includingfilledandreinforcedcompounds;rigidthermosettingsheets,includinglaminates;—fibre-reinforcedthermosettingandthermoplasticcompositesincorporatingunidirectionalornon-unidirectionalreinforcementssuchasmat,wovenfabrics,wovenrovings,choppedstrands,combinationandhybridreinforcements,rovingsandmilledfibresandsheetmadefrompre-impregnatedmaterials(prepregs);—thermotropicliquid-crystalpolymers.4Themethodisnotnormallysuitableforusewithrigidcellularmaterialsandsandwichstructurescontainingcellularmaterial.Also,notchedspecimensarenotnormallyusedforlong-fibre-reinforcedcompositesorthermotropicliquid-crystalpolymers.5Themethodissuitedtotheuseofspecimenswhichmaybeeithermouldedtothechosendimensions,machinedfromthecentralportionofastandardmultipurposetestspecimen(seeISO3167)ormachinedfromfinishedorsemifinishedproductssuchasmouldings,laminatesandextrudedorcastsheet.6Themethodspecifiespreferreddimensionsforthetestspecimen.Testswhicharecarriedoutonspecimensofdifferentdimensionsorwithdifferentnotches,orspecimenswhicharepreparedunderdifferentconditions,mayproduceresultswhicharenotcomparable.Otherfactors,suchastheenergycapacityoftheapparatus,itsimpactvelocityandtheconditioningofthespecimenscanalsoinfluencetheresults.Consequently,whencomparativedataarerequired,thesefactorsmustbecarefullycontrolledandrecorded.7Themethodshouldnotbeusedasasourceofdatafordesigncalculations.Informationonthetypicalbehaviourofamaterialcanbeobtained,however,bytestingatdifferenttemperatures,byvaryingthenotchradiusand/orthethicknessandbytestingspecimenspreparedunderdifferentconditions.
